You can use your own staff, or people you already pay per drop. Numus does not supply riders, it organises the ones you have. They install the free Numus Driver app on any Android phone or iPhone and you invite them by email or phone number.
Yes. Numus publishes a branded ordering site for your business with your menu or catalogue on it. Orders placed there land in the same queue as the ones your staff raise at the counter.
Not yet. WhatsApp ordering is in development and is not part of the product today. For now customers order on your branded site, or your staff raise the order in the dashboard. We will announce it here when it is ready.
Yes. Riders mark cash collected in the app, and every naira is logged against that rider and that order, with a daily COD report and somewhere to flag disputes. End-of-day reconciliation is one screen.
Yes, from the Growth plan. Connect yourcompany.com with full white-label branding and no Numus badge anywhere on it. We give you the DNS steps, and the site is served from Cloudflare's global CDN so it loads quickly wherever your customers are.
No. The free plan covers 10 orders a month with one rider, and you still get the live tracking and the proof of delivery. Most businesses start there and move up when the orders do.
