Common questions
Yes, any Android phone or iPhone. The Numus Driver app is free and deliberately light, because it has to work on a mid-range handset on a patchy network. If a rider has no phone, you can still move their deliveries along yourself from the dashboard.
Riders mark cash collected in the app the moment they take it, and every naira is logged against that rider and that job. At end of day you open one screen showing who owes what. There is also a daily COD report and a place to flag disputes.
You define pricing zones once in Route Pricing. When a booking comes in from your site or your own team, the fee is calculated from the pickup and drop-off. You can override it on any individual job.
Yes. Every consignment carries its client, so you can pull volume, success rate, average delivery time and revenue for a single account over any period, and export it to PDF for your monthly review.
Nothing. The live map runs on OpenStreetMap rather than Google Maps, so there is no per-load API fee no matter how many vehicles you are tracking or how often your team refreshes it.
