Our story

Numus started from a frustrating reality: a small delivery business in Lagos, Accra, or Nairobi was juggling WhatsApp, Google Sheets, paper notebooks, and three different payment apps just to get an order from a customer to a doorstep. The tools made for them were either overpriced US software or generic CRMs missing the half they actually needed.

We thought delivery operators deserved the same operating system the global giants use — but priced fairly, localized properly, and shaped around how Africa and emerging markets actually move goods. That's why every plan ships with cash-on-delivery, mobile money, WhatsApp ordering, and Purchasing Power Parity pricing baked in by default.

What we believe

• Software should match the work. Drivers shouldn't need a tutorial. Owners shouldn't need a spreadsheet on the side. Customers shouldn't need an app install.
• Pricing should match the market. Charging Lagos the same as Los Angeles makes no sense. Numus is priced in your local currency, at your local power.
• Cash is real money. Cash-on-delivery isn't a workaround — it's how most of the world pays. We treat it as a first-class payment method, fully reconciled.
• Every order is a conversation. WhatsApp is where customers already are. We meet them there instead of forcing them into another app.

Numus is used by delivery businesses across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, India, the United Kingdom, and beyond. The platform is built mobile-first for low-bandwidth networks, runs on Cloudflare's global CDN for fast loads everywhere, and supports localized pricing in NGN, GHS, KES, INR, and USD.

Where we're going

The next chapter of Numus is about deeper automation: smarter routing, predictive driver allocation, and an AI assistant that triages exceptions before a human ever sees them. The goal is the same — let operators focus on growing the business, not babysitting the dashboard.
