What we believe

Software should match the work. A driver should not need a tutorial, an owner should not need a spreadsheet on the side, and a customer should not have to install anything.
Pricing should match the market. Charging Lagos the same as Los Angeles makes little sense, so Numus is priced in your local currency.
Cash is real money. Much of the world pays cash on delivery, so we treat it as a proper payment method and reconcile it fully.
Nobody should have to install an app to buy from you. Your customer orders on a web page and follows the delivery on a link. That is all it should take.

Numus is used by delivery businesses across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, India, the United Kingdom and beyond. The platform is built mobile-first for low-bandwidth networks, runs on a global CDN for fast loads everywhere, and supports localised pricing in NGN, GHS, KES, INR and USD.

Where we're going

More automation across the same five steps: smarter routing at dispatch, better driver allocation, and an assistant that catches problems before a person has to. The goal stays the same, which is to let you grow the business instead of watching a dashboard.
